Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims can be submitted through our contact from here.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like mattresses (due to the intimate nature of the item) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 


Exchanges
Invoices are open ended until dispatch has taken place. You are welcome to make changes to your order before it is fulfilled and can be done so by contacting our sales team via the chat bubble on our website.

 

Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return from a Customer Care Claim, please contact us at wangaratta@mcphails.com.au.
