Terms & Conditions
1. Entry Period
The McPhails Furniture Giveaway is open to entries received through the official giveaway entry form during the promotional period.
2. Prize
The winner will receive the advertised giveaway prize value in the form of a McPhails Furniture gift card. The gift card can be used towards eligible purchases at McPhails Furniture.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be randomly selected and drawn on 30 June 2026. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.
4. Contacting the Winner
The winner must respond to McPhails Furniture within a reasonable timeframe after being contacted. If the winner does not respond, McPhails Furniture reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. Gift Card Terms
The prize will be issued electronically in gift card format. The gift card is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold.
6. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of McPhails Furniture and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
7. Entry Requirements
Only valid entries submitted through the official giveaway entry form will be accepted. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their details, including email address, are accurate and current.
8. Privacy
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to McPhails Furniture collecting and using their details for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Entrants may receive marketing communications in accordance with McPhails Furniture’s privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
McPhails Furniture reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. No Purchase Necessary
A purchase is not required to enter or win.
11. Promoter
The giveaway is conducted by McPhails Furniture.
