McPhail's Furniture online store offers fixed rate delivery of all items to a 1,000km radius of Wangaratta, Victoria. If, however, you would like to pick up the goods then you may do so for free from our Wangaratta or Wodonga stores. If you would like to pick up the goods we recommend that you contact our head office on (03) 5721 6058 prior to organise for the goods to be ready for collection.
Our deliveries are charged per order (not per item).
Our deliveries are delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm genuinely on a weekday, on the odd occasion your goods may arrive on a Saturday or Sunday.
The weekday of your delivery will depend on which delivery zone that you are in, you will be contacted by us within 48 hours of your purchase with a delivery day and time.
You will receive a phone call by the courier the evening prior of delivery to confirm the time frame and double check someone will be present at the location.
Delivery of goods is only to the address front door, in the case of an apartment or unit block it will only be delivered to the ground floor foyer, drivers may assist further only if access allows, with no risk being taken which may damage the goods or premises, which is subject to the drivers discretion.
Our deliveries are a one man delivery - you will need to assist the driver with lifting bulkier items
e.g. if you are having a lounge suite delivered, you may need to help lift one end of the sofa to carry it where you would like it placed.

The store can be contacted to enquire about delivery outside the specified zone area (that being within 1,000kms of Wangaratta, Victoria), with some online items available to interstate metropolitan areas.
All online purchases are usually shipped within 10 business days however some may take longer, confirmation of a specified date of delivery will be sent to the customer via an SMS message, phone call or email.
We recommend you read our Return, Repairs and Refunds Policy prior to placing an order, which requires you to let us know within 7 days of a delivery of any defective goods received.
Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to accept your delivery. If no one is home and your delivery has been scheduled for a particular date your items will be left unattended and photo proof of delivery will be sent to you.
If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact us directly to provide us with a safe location you wish for us to leave your goods.
Shipping costs include full insurance for products that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the product is not currently in stock, the item is unable to be delivered until it is back in stock.
In the event of non-defective goods being returned to McPhail's Furniture due to difficult access or the address being unattended, McPhail's Furniture retains the right to charge a return fee equal to the original delivery fee. This return fee covers costs associated with re-packaging and warehousing the product.
Once your order has been made and confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call within 48 hours informing you of the date of delivery, if your delivery date is not suitable you may call McPhail's Furniture back or advise us to arrange a more suitable date to receive the order. McPhail's Furniture cannot guarantee a more suitable date however we will make all efforts to satisfy your request. Delivery dates can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, if this happens you will be contacted via SMS, Email or Phone to be made aware of your new delivery date.

McPhail's Furniture reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $40 for orders cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of those Orders' scheduled delivery date. This fee covers costs associated with extra handling and re-warehousing of the already picked and loaded product/s.
In the event of a cancelled order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded as soon as is reasonably practicable. You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement of the cancellation and refund.
